Florida’s First Time Home Buyer’s Grant Program.

We offer Florida Housing’s First Time Home buyer (FTHB) Program offers 30-year fixed rate FIRST mortgage loans to first time home buyers or if you have not owned a home in more then three years, you may qualify.
First Time Home Buyer’s Grant Program providing $10,000 dollars to use toward either your down payment or closing cost. To be a candidate you must be a first time home buyer or have not owned a house within three years. Come and see if you qualify. Out of foreclosure for more then three years you may qualify! Out of bankruptcy for more then two years you may qualify!

However, if you are not a first time home buyer, you may still be eligible if you are purchasing a home in a federally designated targeted area or are a qualified Veteran. This Program uses income and purchase price limits to determine eligibility. Additionally, a potential home buyer must complete a 6-8 hour face to face home buyer education class, be able to qualify for a first mortgage loan, and have a minimum 640 FICO score.
